WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

This campground is simply amazing. The community of seasonal campers are so friendly and helpful. One night we were expecting rain and a woman came over and asked if we need to borrow her easy up and asked if we need extra sleeping bags. I was blow away by her thoughtfulness. The speed limit in the campground is 5 miles an hour and I love that. There are so many kids running around and the campers all watch out for each other’s kids. So if you are going over 5 miles, people will yell out to slow down. I think that’s great. Safety first! I highly recommended this campground!

Generations of my family have enjoyed this family owned campground for years. I summered here as a child for about 20 years. Friendships I made here , 50 years ago , I still enjoy today. I learned how to water ski and sail on Long Lake. I bring my kids now - and have for the last 5 years - instead of camping we rent one of the cottages for the same week in August. The view, the lake, the helpful staff never disappoint. Know it's rustic , for sure, but the showers ( are cinderblock) but supply piping hot water. The bathrooms too - rustic. There are laundry rooms - so you can go home with all clean laundry. We usually rent time off a ski boat at Dingleys wharf in Naples - a wonderful day !! Lakeside Pines is old fashioned family time - board games, walks, cards, trips to Renys Department store - and truly it's priceless to get all that family time with our teenagers

I've been camping at Lakeside Pines for over 20 years. Beautiful place on Long Lake with 2 beaches, a boat dock, canoe, kayak and paddle board rentals. There is a playground for kids and loads of activities for all ages!
